How does the application process work?

How much does it cost?
Mentoring is $597 per one-hour session for four sessions ($2,388 total paid in full). HerBusiness Growth Network members receive a discounted rate of $497 per session ($1,988 total). Your payment secures your place and includes a BONUS Crossroads Diagnostic Session valued at $370 (for no extra cost). After the initial four sessions, you can continue with additional sessions as needed. Not a member? Join the Growth Network to save $100 per mentoring session.
How are sessions scheduled?
Sessions are spaced four to six weeks apart, scheduled at times that work for you and your mentor. All sessions are conducted via Zoom, so location is never a barrier.
Who will be my mentor?
You’ll work with one of our two experienced mentors: Suzi Dafnis — Founder and CEO of HerBusiness, or PJ (Peter Johnston) — Director, HerBusiness. Both have decades of hands-on business experience across multiple industries and business models, and have personally mentored hundreds of women business owners. Your mentor will be matched based on availability and the focus areas most relevant to your business.
What happens between sessions?
You’ll leave each session with clear action items. Before your next session, you’ll complete a brief preparation form to update your mentor on progress and set the agenda. This ensures continuity and maximum value from every minute.

What if I want to continue after four sessions?
Many clients do. After your initial four sessions, you can book additional sessions individually or in further blocks of four. There’s no pressure — you continue only if you’re getting value.
